Internationalentertainment lawyer Robert R Jesuele has joined law firm Hogan & Hartson'sLos Angles office as partner.

Jesuele bringsto the firm nearly 20 years of experience handling cross-border transactions onbehalf of clients in media and other industries.

He representsmajor US, European and Asian media, as well as entertainment, consumerproducts, manufacturing and automotive companies in a variety of corporate,commercial, and intellectual property matters.

Jesuele's remitincludes including joint ventures, equity investments and debt financings,mergers and acquisitions, licensing and distribution transactions,reorganisations, secured transactions and securities offerings.
