Nineteen Europeanproducers have been selected to be presented at the forthcoming Cannes FilmFestival as "Producers on the Move" by the member organisations ofthe pan-European promotional body European Film Promotion (EFP).

The producers will be able to discuss theirprojects at a Co-Production Lunch with 100 producers from all over Europe andat a pitching session moderated by The Film Firm's Ido Abram. They will also beintroduced to other producers at one of the Producers Network breakfastsorganised by the Cannes Market.

EFP launched the initiative six years ago tosupport enterprising European producers. They select producers who have made afilm that was a box office hit in their own country, was sold to anothercountry or presented at an international film festival.

The producers in the spotlight this year inCannes between May 13-16 are:
