Los Angeles-based sales company Fabrication Films haspicked up worldwide rights to Hans Canosa's drama Conversations With OtherWomen, which was shotentirely in split-screen and stars Helena Bonham Carter and Aaron Eckhart.

The story centres on a perilous love affair between two people whomeet at a friend's wedding reception.

GordonStreet Pictures' Ram Bergman, whose credits include RianJohnson's Sundance hit Brick, produced Conversations With Other Women with Bill McCutchen and Kerry Barden,while Mark Harris and Kwesi Collisson served as executive producers. Bergmannegotiated the deal with Fabrication's Glen Reynolds.

"One of our company's primary objectives is to discover the workof innovative filmmakers," Fabrication president Glen Reynolds said in astatement. "The terrific story, wonderful talent and distinctive split-screenformat of Conversations With Other Women made this an ideal project for us to distribute."

Wendy Reeds,executive vice president in charge of worldwide sales for Fabrication's motionpicture division, is preparing a sample of the split screen process to showtheatrical buyers at the Hong Kong Filmart.
