Michael Moore's Fahrenheit 9/11 is set for a UK DVDlaunch through Optimum Home Entertainment in October 2004 - just ahead of theUS Presidential Election in November.

In its first ten days of release, the film had alreadyreached a total gross of £2.74m in the UK, surpassing the record set by Touchingthe Void which took £2.58m during its entire run.

The DVD will retail at £19.99.

Optimum Home Entertainment launched in March 2004 and is thehome entertainment arm of distributor Optimum Releasing.
