The North American premiere of Hungary’s foreign-language Oscar submission Chameleon from Krisztina Goda will open the 9th Hungarian Film Festival Of Los Angeles, which runs from November 5-15.

Screenings include the US premieres of Janos Edelenyi’s Prima Primavera, Gabor Herendi’s A Kind Of America 2 and Gyorgy Szomjas’ The Sun Street Boys.

The animation artist Gabor Csupo, whose producing credits include the Rugrats franchise, will receive the Career Achievement Award.
