50 Cent (aka Curtis Jackson) will be attending the second annual Aruba International Film Festival to attend the red carpet premiere on June 14 of his new film Things Fall Apart.

Mario Van Peebles directs the story of a promising football running back (played by Jackson) during his senior year in college.

The cast also features Ray Liotta, Mario Van Peebles, Lynn Whitfield, Cedric Sanders, Tracey Heggins, and Ambyr Childers.

Jackson co-wrote the film with Brian A Miller through his Cheetah Vision Films banner. Randall Emmett (Rambo) produced.

Jackson’s past films include Get Richor Die Tryin and Home of The Brave. He will also appear in The Dance,Live Bet and an untitled project with Sharon Stone and Val Kilmer.

Aruba’s festival runs June 10-16.
