The Film Department (TFD) and music publisher Downtown Music Publishing have formed the film music company and partnership TFD Music.

Through the partnership, Downtown Publishing will serve as the exclusive worldwide administrator for TFD Music copyrights and master recordings and offer music supervision and soundtrack consulting services on features.

The first TFD pictures covered under the deal are The Rebound starring Catherine Zeta-Jones that is currently in post-production and Law Abiding Citizen starring Gerard Butler, which is in pre-production.
