Fox International is restructuring Scandinavian operationsand has announced two key appointments, naming Hansi Mandoki managing directorof Twentieth Century Fox Theatrical Sweden, and Peter Paumgardhen managingdirector of Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment Scandinavia.

Mandoki will manage all of Fox International's theatricalmarketing, distribution and acquisition activities in Sweden and reportsdirectly to Twentieth Century Fox Europe, Middle East & Africa executivevice president Christian Grass.

He previously served as business developer and editor at the dailyonline Swedish financial paper DagensPS. Earlier posts include managing director of AMC TheatresSweden, president of SF Film, and London-based executive marketing roles atColumbia Tri Star and Warner Bros.

Reporting directly to Twentieth Century Fox Home EntertainmentEurope senior vice president Gary Ferguson, Paumgardhen will focus exclusivelyon Fox International's Scandinavian home entertainment business.

He has been with Fox since the subsidiary was set up in 2001, andprior to that served in key marketing roles at Johnson & Johnson and Mars,among others.

"Due toincreased market challenges and demanding growth targets, we have decided torestructure our Scandinavian office to refocus our business opportunities bothin theatrical and home entertainment," Grass and Ferguson said in a jointstatement.
