Freestyle Releasing has acquired North American rights to the sketch comedy and plans a theatrical launch followed by DVD and VoD through Freestyle Digital Media.

Vince Offer directed from a screenplay he co-wrote with Offer, Ari Shaffir and Ken Pringle.  Robert B Shapiro and Ken Pringle produced for Square One Entertainment and as previously reported on Screendaily, Highland Film Group handles international sales. 

Freestyle co-president Susan Jackson brokered the deal with Hal Sadoff and attorneys Andrew Hurwitz and Alan Sacks of Frankfurt Kurnit Klein & Selz.
