Japan's Gold View has soldNorth American rights to Who's Camus Anyway', directed by Mitsuo Yanagimachi, to LarryMeistrich's Film Movement.

The film, which screened inthe Director's Fortnight section at Cannes this year, follows a group ofstudents in Tokyo making their first movie. The director's first film in morethan a decade, it recently picked up the best picture award in the JapaneseEyes section of the Tokyo International Film Festival which wrapped last week.

Meanwhile, Gold View hasalso sold three horror titles - Haze, Hellevator and Kirei'The Terror Of Beauty - to theUK's Screen Entertainment Limited.

Kirei' and Hellevator, which won the most groundbreaking film award at the 2004 Fantasia FilmFestival in Montreal, were both recently sold to US distributor Media Blasters.Hellevator was also sold toGermany's I-on, while Haze, fromcult director Shinya Tsukamoto (Tetsuo, The Iron Man), went toGermany's Rapid Eye.
