The newly created title will see Miller oversee a five-person team charged with feeding 500 titles a year into the VoD pipeline.

Miller will also lead efforts in the theatrical/VoD day-and-date release model which is being implemented with New York-based theatrical distributor Variance Films. 

She will report to Gravitas Ventures president Michael Murphy and has been with the company as director of acquisitions for more than two and a half years
