Alissa Grayson has been promoted to executive vice-president of national publicity for Universal Pictures.
In her new role Grayson will manage a department of 46 publicity staff members who based in Los Angeles, New York and Toronto. She reports to co-president of marketing Michael Moses.
Grayson has served in various capacities in Universal’s publicity department for more than 16 years and has spearheaded campaigns for Bruno, Wanted, Hellboy II: The Golden Army and Baby Mama.
