Sean Hayes and Jennifer Coolidge have joined Samuel L Jackson and Bernie Mac on Dimension Films' road movie Soul Men.
The story centres on two estranged soul legends who reunite for a tribute concert and are forced to bury their differences on the long drive to the gig from Los Angeles to New York
Affion Crockett, Isaac Hayes, John Legend, Adam Herschman, Fatso Fasano and Jackie Long and Sharon Leal round out the key cast.
Robert Ramsey and Matthew Stone wrote the screenplay and the film is currently shooting in Shreveport, Louisiana, Memphis, Tennessee and Los Angeles.
David T Friendly produced through his Friendly Films label alongside Charles Castaldi and Steve Greener.
MGM is set to release Soul Men on Oct 10 2008.
