Mark Horak has been promoted to president of Warner Home Video North America from his previous role as executive vice president and general manager of worldwide operations and new packaged media at Warner Home Video.
Horak will continue to oversee the worldwide global sales process and category management and now takes charge of the division's North American and Mexican operations. He continues to report to Warner Home Video (WHE) president Ron Sanders.
During his career at Warner Home Video, Horak served as executive vice president and General Manager for Asia, Latin America and Australia and prior to that developed worldwide release strategies for the Harry Potter and Matrix franchises as executive vice president of worldwide marketing.
He joined WHV in 1995 as director of marketing and previously held marketing positions with Dole, RJR Nabisco and StarKist Seafoods.
