Production began this week in Budapest, Hungary, onMacari/Edelstein Productions' horror-thriller Amusement, which Picturehouse will release inNorth America.

Keir O'Donnell, Katheryn Winnick, Laura Breckenridge, JessicaLucas, and Tad Hilgenbrinck have joined the project about three women stalked bya killer who harbours a childhood grudge.

John Simpson is directing from a script by Jake Wade Wall (WhenA Stranger Calls, The Hitcher), and Mike Macari and Neal Edelstein will serve as producers. NewLine International is handling in overseas markets.

O'Donnell appeared in The Break Up and Wedding Crashers and will next be seen in Patriotville and Flakes. He also appeared in Vince Vaughn's WildWest Comedy Show and isrepresented by UTA and Tom Parziale of Visionary Entertainment.

Winnick's credits include When Nietzsche Wept and Failure To Launch and she is represented by UTA and SchumacherManagement. Breckenridge is a regular face on television and will next be seenin the comedy Beautiful Loser. She is represented by The Gersh Agency.

Lucas' credits include She's The Man and The Covenant and she represented by The Gersh Agency.Hilgenbrinck will appear in the upcoming releases The Curiosity Of Chance and Grave Situations. He is represented by InnovativeArtists.

Macari/EdelsteinProductions credits include The Ring and The Ring Two and the company is currently in post-production on the DavidS Goyer thriller The Invisible, which will be released early next year through HollywoodPictures/Spyglass Entertainment. The company is also lining up Shelter for Intermedia and Fracture for ParamountVantage.
