, the LA-based web-site for licensing film and TV distribution rights and tracking entertainment industry data, has promoted Alex McKean to the position of vice president of finance. He was formerly director of finance for the company.

A former corporate accounting manager at PolyGram Filmed Entertainment, McKean will be responsible for the daily financial activities of InternetStudios and its various subsidiaries including all government SEC reporting.

Meanwhile InternetStudios also announced that it has completed the integration of into its virtual market subsidiary, OnlineFilmSales, which will now be renamed OnlineFilmandTVSales (OFTVS). InternetStudios acquired, which handles online sales of rights to TV programming, from co-founders Allan McKeown and Nick Witkowski earlier this year.

'We are very excited that this integration has been implemented before MIPCOM,' said InternetStudios UK president Aline Perry. 'There is an obvious synergy in integrating television programming into our already large feature film library. This will enable us to offer a wider platform for broadcasters and is the natural progression toward our goals as a full-service solution to buyers and sellers.'
