2929 International has closed a raft of sales on Barry Levinson's upcoming comedy What Just Happened'

Rights have gone to Telemunchen (Germany), Medusa (Italy), TF1 (France), and Manga (Spain).

Shooting is scheduled to begin on Mar 22 with Robert De Niro in the lead as a desperate producer in the throes of his second marriage break-up who tries to salvage the last vestiges of dignity.

Sean Penn, Stanley Tucci, Bruce Willis, John Turturro and Kristen Stewart round out the key cast.

2929 is financing the project and Tribeca Productions' De Niro and Jane Rosenthal will produce with Art Linson, who adapted the screenplay from his own memoirs.

2929's Todd Wagner, Mark Cuban and Marc Butan will serve as executive producers along with Eric Kopeloff.
