David Hobermanand Todd Lieberman's Mandeville Films and Television will produce John Glenn'sthriller The Heaven Project for Wall Street-based film equity fund D H Blair Film CapitalFund.

Beverly Hills-based ArmadaPictures International is handling international rights and head of sales YarekDanielak will introduce the project to buyers in Cannes.

Written anddirected by Glenn, The Heaven Project follows a reformed criminal as he struggles to reunite withhis wife and child. The project is currently out to casting and production isset to start in September.

Mandeville'sDavid Hoberman and Todd Lieberman are producing with Travis Wright, while EvanAstrowsky will serve as co-producer.

"Not often doyou find a script that is emotionally gripping and still works as a classicthriller," Lieberman said in a statement. "We're excited to continue to expandour business to include independent yet commercial projects like thisone."

Glenn iscurrently writing an Untitled Thriller for DreamWorks with his occasional writing partner, Wright.His screenwriting credits include remakes of Clash Of The Titans and The Warriors, which Warner Bros and Paramount willrelease respectively.

Mandeville is inpost-production on The Shaggy Dog starring Tim Allen for Disney, and is shooting Antarctica for Disney starring Paul Walker anddirected by Frank Marshall. The company's previous credits include Bandits and Raising Helen.

D.H. Blair Film Capital Fundwas set up in 2004 by Wall Street veteran J Morton Davis and producer MichaelAlmog. The Fund is currently in production on the horror project Drive Thru, which Lions Gate is distributing in the US.
