The former FX and E! executive will report directly to co-chairman and CEO Moctesuma Esparza and co-chairman Jeff Valdez.

Sonnenberg will oversee day-to-day business operations and playing an active role in acquisition, development and production and sales and marketing.

Solomon D Trujillo and Bill Lee have also joined the board. Trujillo is the former CEO of US West and recently served as CEO of Australia’s Telstra Corporation.

Lee is a retail executive with 37-years invested across multiple retail venues and most recently served at Millennium Entertainment and before that prior as chief merchandising officer of Blockbuster.
