Los Angeles-based MarVista Entertainment has unveiled the first EFM slate in its five-year history, led by the action thriller Reflections starring Timothy Hutton and thriller The Watch with Clea DuVall.

Reflections sees Hutton cast as an agent who travels to Barcelona to track down a serial killer and finds he has become the hunted.

DuVall star in The Watch, which centres as a psychology student who confronts her fears to erase the memory of her childhood kidnapping.

The slate includes the thriller Special Delivery starring Lisa Edelstein as a bonded courier grieving over the death of her child who is entrusted with the delivery of a young teenager.

MarVista founding partner and CEO Fernando Szew said the decision to attend the EFM came in response to the period of flux facing the industry. 'It is our belief that in order to remain strong you must grow your activities into new areas,' he said.
