Master And Commander grossed $3.3m from 1,491 screens in 36 Fox Internationalmarkets at the weekend, raising its international running total from thosemarkets to $62m.

The naval adventure openedsecond place in both Thailand and New Zealand, grossing $392,000 from 96screens and $300,000 from 50 respectively.

The comedy Stuck On You added $4.2m from 1,174 screens in nine markets for a$6.3m running total. Highlights included $1.97m from 298 in the UK for a closefourth place finish behind Love Actually on $1.98m, and $1.2m from 499 in Germany.

The distributor opened CheaperBy The Dozen in Mexico, where ittook $1.6m from 370 screens including previews. The family comedy has amassed$2.3m from the early stage of international release.

The Lord Of The Rings:The Return Of The King added$722,000 from 198 screens in Taiwan, the only territory where Fox hasdistribution rights for the hit fantasy adventure, raising its total there to$9.6m. It remained number one for the third consecutive week.
