Production began earlier this week in Los Angeles on ThousandWords' thriller Forearm Shiver, which marks the directorial debut of production designer and artdirector Chris Gorak (Minority Report, Blade: Trinity).

Mary McCormack and RoryCochrane are starring in the picture, which chronicles a disintegratingmarriage over the course of three days in Los Angeles after a toxic bombdetonates over the city.

Los Angeles-based Thousand Words is fully financing the film andprincipals Palmer West and Jonah Smith are serving as producers.

McCormack and Cochrane are both television regulars with long-runningappearances on The West Wing and CSI: Miami respectively.

Their theatricalcredits include High Heels & Low Lifes and K-PAX for McCormack, and Hart's War and the upcoming A Scanner Darkly, which is also produced by West andSmith, for Cochrane.
