Atom Egoyan is acting as executive producer on Mouth To Mouth, the feature film directorial debut of Alison Murray.

A turbulent story about a young girl's search for a place to belong, Mouth To Mouth marks the first co-production between producers M2M Films and Egoli Tossell.

Producer Anne Beresford is behind recent dance and opera films, including the film version of Benjamin Britten's opera Owen Wingrave and 4Dance, both for the UK's Channel 4. Egoli Tossell's most recent feature is Alexander Sokurov's ground-breaking Russian Ark.

Mouth To Mouth stars Canadian teenager Ellen Page, Natasha Wightman, Eric Thal and August Diehl.

Alison Murray's previous work includes the Train on the Brain, a 60-minute documentary for Channel 4 and TVOntario; Teenage Rampage and Kissy Suzuki Suck both for Channel 4; plus pop videos for Busted's What I Go To School For, Sugababes' Stronger and the song that launched B*Witched, C'est La Vie.

Mouth To Mouth has already shot in London and Berlin, while shooting continues in Portugal. The film is due for completion in Spring 2004.
