National Lampoon is teamingup with fledgling Santa Monica entertainment company Half Shell EntertainmentFilms (HSE) to develop features based on material from National Lampoonmagazine and NationalLampoon.com.

'Partnering with HSEFilms makes perfect sense," National Lampoon's executive vice president BarryLayne said. "They are young, aggressive and have the sensibility that both goeswith our history and is in common with today's young adult audience.'
