The producer and Original Film founder’s upcoming credits include imminent release Battle: Los Angeles and Fast Five.

The extension runs concurrently and means Moritz will be based at Sony for approximately the next four and a half years.

Moritz has been based at Columbia Pictures since he produced I Know What You Did Last Summer in 1997.

He has produced 15 number one films, most recently The Green Hornet. Upcoming titles include 21 Jump Street starring Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum, the Total Recall reboot to star Colin Farrell, and Ryan Reynolds comedy The Change Up at Universal.
