Babylon Berlin star Liv Lisa Fries will headline the cast of Andreas Dresen’s Second World War Resistance drama From Hilde With Love.
Beta Cinema has international rights to the project that will start principal photography in August.

The producers are Pandora Film Produktion’s Claudia Steffen and Christoph Friedel with Cooky Ziesche’s rbb, Regina Ziegler’s Ziegler Film, and Dresen and Andreas Leusink’s Iskremas, with backing from DFFF, Medienboard, BKM, Film- und Medienstiftung NRW and FFA.
Pandora Film Verleih will distribute in Germany, Filmcoopi in Switzerland.
