Bleecker Street, Universal Pictures Content Group (UPCG), and World of Wonder said on Monday that Adam Shankman’s upcoming RuPaul action-comedy feature is called Stop! That! Train!

Bleecker Street will release the film theatrically in North America on May 29, 2026, after production wrapped earlier this month in Los Angeles. UPCG holds international rights.

The feature follows train stewardesses and best friends Tess (Ginger Minj) and DeeDee (Jujubee) who must team up with snobby first-class passengers and President Gagwell (RuPaul) to save the day when the Glamazonian Express is threated by a huge storm.

The cast includes Brooke Lynn Hytes, Latrice Royale, Marcia Marcia Marcia, Monét X Change, and Symone. Shanman directs from a screenplay by Connor Wright and Christina Friel.

World of Wonder, Universal Pictures Content Group, and Bleecker Street are producing Stop! That! Train! and Fenton Bailey, Randy Barbato, Tom Campbell, RuPaul Charles, and Shankman serve as producers. Unapologetic Projects is an executive producer and financier on the project.
