Munich International Film Festival (MIFF) will focus on emerging talents from the Nordic region for its CineCoPro Conference 2026, which will run from June 30 – July 2.

The event will bring together talents from Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden and connect them with German producers. It will include a film programme, masterclasses, pitching and networking opportunities.

The partners of the fifth edition of the CineCoPro Conference are the Danish Film Institute, Finnish Film Foundation, Icelandic Film Centre, Norwegian Film Institute and Swedish Film Institute.

German partners include FFF Bayern, Film Commission Bayern, Creative Europe Desk München and German Films.

“Co-production in general and our multi-faceted CineCoPro Conference have become a central anchor at the festival and a way forward for the German film industry,” said Christoph Gröner and Julia Weigl, artistic directors of MIFF.

“Fostering international and European perspectives and collaboration seems more important than ever.”
