Paramount will release the 3D Billie Eilish concert film Hit Me Hard And Soft: The Tour co-directed by the global superstar and James Cameron on March 20, 2026.
The studio will release the feature in partnership with Darkroom Records, Interscope Films, and Lightstorm Entertainment. Eilish announced the release date on the final show of her tour in in San Francisco on Sunday night and collaborated with Cameron throughout her world tour.
The partners behind Hit Me Hard And Soft will be hoping the film connects with audiences like Taylor Swift: Eras Tour, which opened directly through exhibitor AMC in late 2023 and grossed $261m worldwide at the global box office.
Meanwhile anticipation is running high for the release of Cameron’s Avatar: Fire And Ice via Disney/20th Century Studios on December 19. The previous two films in the fatasy saga each earned more than $2bn at the worldwide box office and rank in the all-time top three at the box office.
