
EXCLUSIVE: Premiere Entertainment Group (PEG) has closed key territories at the EFM on Al Bravo Films action thrillers The Hook starring Michael Jai White and Malin Akerman and Dustlands with Ruby Rose, Chad Michael Collins, and Terrence Howard.
The Hook has gone to Eagle Films for the Middle East, Media Squad for Eastern Europe, Free Wind for Germany, Amazon Prime for Benelux, and Picture Works for India and airlines.
John J. D’Angelo directed from a screenplay he co-wrote with Chad Law and Josh Ridgway about a former FBI profiler who left the force after a brutal case shattered his belief in justice and returns to action when a chillingly familiar pattern resurfaces years later.
Al Bravo and Mike Pizzimenti produced for Al Bravo Films, alongside PEG president and CEO Elias Axume. Lance Kawas and Fadi Assif served as executive producers.
Deals on the post-apocalyptic thriller Dustlands has closed with Tiberius in Germany, Eagle Films in Middle East, and Picture Works for India and airlines.
The story centres on a haunted former soldier living in self-imposed exile who returns to the world of violence when his younger brother is captured by a corrupt sheriff. Art Camacho directs and co-wrote with Jason Abustan. Producers are Axume, Bravo and Pizzimenti.
