London and Sydney-based See-Saw Films and French investment firm Entourage Ventures have entered into a multi-year strategic slate production financing partnership.
Entourage Ventures will invest up to $50m in equity across a slate of future See-Saw feature films over the next three years.
The investment is expected to increase flexibility around financing structures, allowing See-Saw to reduce reliance on traditional pre-sales.
Paris-based Mediawan Group acquired a majority stake in See-Saw in 2025. Earlier this month, Entourage Ventures entered into a strategic investment with Italy’s Our Films, owned by Mediawan, to invest in films the company produces in partnership with Mubi.
See-Saw’s credits include Slow Horses for Apple TV+ and Heartstopper and The Power Of The Dog for Netflix.
