A film festival and film commission wll be launched in the Turks and Caicos Islands, in the Caribbean.
The Turks and Caicos International Film Festival (TCIFF) will run from November 15-17, 2019.
The TCI Film Commission (TCFC) will launch in 2019. Both will operate under the tourist board.
The festival, run by British film exec Colin Burrows, will focus on the ocean, the environment and promoting local talent.
Burrows is Special Treats Production Company CEO and co-founder, with Michael Ward, of Beautiful Bay Entertainment.
The Turks and Caicos Islands are a British Overseas Territory located in the Atlantic Ocean.
