Universal Pictures has scheduled a wide release for Untitled Fourth Film Directed By Jordan Peele on December 25, 2024.
The studio also said on Monday that Untitled Monkeypaw Horror/Thriller hailing from Peele’s production company will open wide on September 27, 2024. Untitled Universal Animated Event Film has been pushed from that date and is now undated.
Peele has made Universal his home for his first three horror mysteries. 2017 release Get Out grossed $176.2m in North America and $255.7m worldwide.
He became the first African American to win the Oscar for original screenplay and Get Out garnered nominations for best film, directing and lead actor for Daniel Kaluuya.
Us followed two years later and earned $175m at the North American box office and $256.1m worldwide.
Last year’s summer release Nope opened during the pandemic and grossed $123m in North America and $171m at the global box office.
