Veteran publicist Elizabeth Wolfe will Freud Communications as Senior Vice President beginning July 1.

Freud Communications Inc. CEO Jonathan Bing announced the hire.

Wolfe will be based in the Los Angeles office of the London-headquartered company; she will focus her efforts on expanding international business.

Wolfe recently served as Senior Vice President of Publicity and Communications of Nu Image/Millennium Films.

At Freud she will continue to work with Nu Image/Millennium Films, as well as with a wide range of other clients.

“Elizabeth is an extraordinary publicist, with tremendous passion and creativity,” Bing said. “With her stellar press relationships, eighteen years of experience and solid understanding of global media, she will be a valuable asset in Freud’s growth.”

“It has been a wonderful two years working with Elizabeth. She has brought a lot to our company both professionally and personally,” Nu Image partner Avi Lerner said. “She will be missed but I am happy she will stay in our family by representing our studio as a client.”

Prior to Nu image, Wolfe was at Disney as VP of publicity at Dissention Studios. She also spent a decade at Disney’s Buena Vista Pictures Marketing working on campaigns for Pirates of the Caribbean, Toy Story, Summer of Sam and The Royal Tenenbaums.

She also previously worked at 20th Century Fox and Nancy Seltzer & Associates.
