Seven weeks of principal photography is underway on locationin Serbia, Italy and the Isle of Man on director Oliver Parker's thriller Fade To Black.

The film follows legendary director Orson Welles through thepost-war world of criminality and political scheming that proliferated in late1940's Italy. When an actor is murdered on Welles' set, he is drawn into adangerous web of intrigue, murder and politics.

Fade ToBlack is an originalscreenplay written by Oliver Parker and John Sayles.

Danny Huston headsan international cast in the lead role of legendary actor/director OrsonWelles. Huston is joined by Diego Luna,Paz Vega, Christopher Walken. In the supporting cast are Italian actresses AnnaGaliena and Violante Placido.

Fragile Films' Barnaby Thompson will produce with Jonathan Olsberg. Massimo Pacilio of Movieweb is the Italian co-producer.
