Innon-theatrical honours: Mike Nichols, Cary Brokaw, Celia Costas and Mike Haleywon the David L Wolper long-form television award for Angels In America; David Chase, Brad Grey, MitchellBurgess and partner Robin Green, Ilene S Landress, Terence Winter, HenryBronchtein, Matthew Weiner and Martin Bruestle won the Norman Felton award forepisodic drama for The Sopranos; and the Danny Thomas award for episodic comedy went to LarryDavid, Jeff Garlin, Robert B Weide and Tim Gibbons for Curb Your Enthusiasm, and

Producer of theyear for non-fiction television went to Jerry Bruckheimer, Bertram Van Munster,Jonathan Littman, Amy Chacon, Hayma "Screech" Washington, Evan Weinstein, EliseDoganieri and Scott Owens for The Amazing Race, while Ellen DeGeneres, Mary Connelly,Ed Glavin, Andy Lassner and Karen Kilgariff claimed the producer of the yearaward for variety television for The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

Inthe honorary awards, Jeffrey Katzenberg collected the PGA's Milestone Award,Laura Ziskin received the David O Selznick Achievement Award in TheatricalMotion Pictures and John Wells was honored with the David Susskind AchievementAward in Television.

The VanguardAward sponsored by Intel was presented to Terry Semel, the Visionary Award wentto Rescue Me, and theStanley Kramer award went to Hotel Rwanda and Innocent Voices.
