Beyonce Knowles, Colin Farrell, Josh Hutcherson, Amada Seyfried and Johnny Knoxville have joined the voice cast of Epic, the upcoming 3D computer animated adventure comedy from Twentieth Century Fox Animation and Blue Sky Studios.

Also cast are Aziz Ansari, Pitbull, Jason Sudeikis, Steven Tyler, Blake Anderson and Judah Friedlander.

Chris Wedge, who previously made Ice Age for Fox and Blue Sky, will direct, with Lori Forte and Jerry Davis producing.

The film, about a teenage girl transported into a secret universe, is set for release on May 24 next year.
