The company has partnered with Comic Con producer Wizard World to create the branded digital network aimed at the 18-44 demographic.

The network will curated with an array of sci-fi, horror, fantasy, action, adventure, gamer, anime, animation and comedy content, as well as an e-commerce retail destination featuring collectible and exclusive merchandise.

Both free-to-consumer, advertising supported streaming and premium subscription options will be available.

Programming on the as-yet-untitled network will offer exclusive access to events, panels, talent and fans.
