Patina Pictures has completed filming on William Savage’s feature debut.

The story follows two young New Yorkers who navigate through the experience of moving on after heartbreak. K’Dee Miller produces through her Patina label with Jason Mandl and Michael Melamedoff.

The cast includes Josh Pence, Spencer Grammer, Nate Corddry, Melissa Rauch, Bonnie Swencionis, and Tom Bloom.

“Most love stories are about losing love or finding it,” Savage said.  “In Lieu Of Flowers is about what happens in between. These incredible actors have crafted performances so full of humour, vulnerability and warmth, offering a very honest portrayal of those strange periods in our lives where we attempt to let go and move on.”
