Olivia Thirlby (pictured) will star alongside Marcia Gay Harden and Shohreh Aghdashloo on Sherry Hormann’s drama The No Game, set to commence shooting in New York and Israel in March 2010.

Thirlby, whose credits include Juno, The Wackness and New York, I Love You, will play an Upper West Side Jewish girl who discovers on a trip to Israel with her boyfriend that her birth parents were Palestinian.

The Match Factory is handling worldwide sales on the project, which is being produced by Doris Kirch.

Hormann will direct from a screenplay by Elisabeth Fein and David Abramowitz.
