Relativity Media has closed a two-year production deal with Channing Tatum and producing partner Reid Carolin’s unnamed production company.

Relativity scored a big hit with Tatum on Dear John and also worked with him on Fighting and Haywire. Jenna Dewan will also be a development partner in Tatum and Carolin’s company.

“Channing is an immensely talented actor and incredibly enthusiastic about finding material to produce with Reid,” Relativity’s president of worldwide production, Tucker Tooley said. “We look forward to working with the two of them over the coming years.”

The high school reunion film Ten Year is set to start this month as the production company’s first project, although it is not part of the Relativity deal.

Dear John and We Are Marshall writer Jamie Linden is directing. Tatum stars alongside Dewan, Kate Mara, Brian Geraghty, Chris Pratt and Justin Long.

The company’s other projects in development include Contortionist’s Handbook with Greenestreet Films, What’s Left Of Us and 11 Minutes.

Tatum’s upcoming credits include Universal comedy The Dilemma and Focus Features’ Roman epic adventure The Eagle. He stars opposite Al Pacino in Sundance closing night film Son Of No One.

Carolin developed and served as associate producer on Stop-Loss and most recently produced Earth Made Of Glass, a documentary about Rwandan President Paul Kagame that is up for a 2011 PGA documentary award.
