The Lucamar partners have signed on to Warner Bros’ remake and Marshall will direct his Pirates Of The Caribbean 4 star Johnny Depp.

Lucamar Productions joins Depp’s Infinitum Nihil and Langley Park Pictures as production companies on the project. Depp and Christi Dembrowski are producing for Infinitum Nihil and Kevin McCormick is producing on behalf of his Langley Park Pictures.   

Jerry Stahl is attached as screenwriter. The Thin Man came out in 1934 and follows a former detective and his rich wife who solve a murder case for fun.

CAA and Michael Gendler of Gendler & Kelly negotiated the deal with the studio on behalf of Marshall and DeLuca.
