Relativity Media has extended president of production Tucker Tooley’s contract through 2011.

Along with CEO Ryan Kavanaugh, Tooley has helped to grow the company and played a critical role in developing the single pictures films
division into an entity that fully finances and produces eight to ten
titles a year. Tooley also oversees Rogue Pictures, the production
label recently acquired by Relativity from Universal.

‘Tucker’s experience and innate knowledge of the industry has been
invaluable to Relativity’s success,’ Kavanaugh said. ‘He has overseen,
developed and brought to the screen a great slate of Relativity movies
and we look forward to working with him for years to come.’

‘I’m extremely proud of what we’ve accomplished,’ Tooley added.
‘Working with Ryan has been incredibly inspiring and fun. And with the
team we have assembled, I’m confident we will continue to grow our
slate and hit our benchmarks for the years to come.’

Tucker Tooley began his producing career in 1997 and went on to
produce or oversee production on more than 30 films before joining
Relativity as head of production. He was promoted to president shortly
thereafter.
