Ron Perlman has joined Nicolas Cage in Relativity Media and Atlas Entertainment's supernatural thriller Season Of The Witch.
Mandate International will commence pre-sales at AFM on the story of a 14th century knight who escorts a suspected witch across Europe.
Production is set to begin in Austria and Hungary in early November. Dominic Sena, who directed Cage in Gone In Sixty Seconds, will direct from a screenplay by Bragi Schut Jr. Charles Roven and Alex Gartner are producing.
Stephen Campbell Moore, Claire Foy and Robbie Sheehan have also joined the cast.
Perlman starred earlier this summer in Hellboy II: The Golden Army and is managed by Kritzer Levine Wilkins Entertainment and is represented by attorney Dave Feldman.
