John Thompson's Songbird won the 3rd Annual HollyShorts Film Festival's award for best short while Jake White earned top honours in the documentary section for Downwinders: The People Of Parowan.

Illegal Artists' 5:55 won best film in the international category, the Dreamhouse Ensemble Best Drama Award went to Timothy Cahill's The Oates Valor, Best Narrative went to Rob Meyer's Aquarium, and Best Comedy was awarded to Craig Rosenthal's The Trainee.

Best Thriller was awarded to Y Que Cumplas Muchos Mas by David Alcalde, the Stash Animation Award went to Michael Attardi's Once Upon A Christmas Village, and Best Cinematography went to Tony West's Dartsville.

Best Actor went to Charlie Weirauch for his performance in Wilbur and Best Actress was awarded to Jessica James for her performance in Small Jeans. The HollyShorts Future Filmmaker Award went to Justin Liberman and his short film Red Balloon.

Audience Choice Awards were awarded to Phil Allocco's Joseph Henry and David Branin's Honey I'm Home.
