Veteran Hungarian director Istvan Szabo's Being Julia was the talk of the town inHungary last week when it managed over 16,000 admissions on twenty-threeprints, an incredibly strong performance for a costume drama.

Last week's other new releases couldn't quite match thislevel of interest, Robert De Niro produced his biggest flop yet in Hungary withGodsend while the Anaconda's sequel's less than 5,000admissions were also a disappointment after the first episode's success.

The Bridget Jonessequel maintained its strong performance for the second week running at theHungarian box office, although not quite matching the first episode's evenbigger success, and it's now at nearly 170,000 admissions.
