Zac Efron is the latest name to be added to the honouree roster at ShoWest and will collect the 2009 Breakthrough Performer Of The Year Award on April 2.
Efron appeared on stage in a musical number at the 81st Annual Academy Awards last weekend and his credits include the High School Musical franchise, Hairspray, and Me And Orson Welles.
