The Sundance Institute and BAM (Brooklyn Academy Of Music) have announced full details for their second annual Sundance Institute At BAM series, set to run from May 31-Jun 10.

The series comprises a highlights showcase of 21 features and 27 shorts from the festival last January, including the features Son Of Rambow, Snow Angels, Delirious, and Manda Bala.

The series include the Filmmaker's Journey events, in which film-makers supported by Sundance Institute's Labs will screen films and discuss their experiences of the creative process.

'BAM is once again pleased to partner with Sundance Institute and provide a showcase for new films, theatre and music, and highlight so many Brooklyn-based artists,' BAM president Karen Brooks Hopkins said. 'Building on last year's showcase, we remain vested in providing this forum for deas and the discussion of global issues.'

'One of the most exciting things about the Sundance Film Festival is the opportunity to discover new talent and artists,' Sundance's director of programming John Cooper said.

'Though this opportunity for discovery is part of the whole festival programme, it really is embodied in our shorts programme, which highlights some of the most creative and ground-breaking work from emerging film-makers.'

Cooper selected the programme with BAMcinematek's curator Florence Almozini.
