Taraji Henson, who recently starred in Tyler Perry's The Family That Preys, will star in the quirky thriller No More Bloodshed that is set to begin shooting in Los Angeles in March 2009.
The film centres on a paroled hit man determined to change his life and reclaim the son he's never known. Henson who will next appear in The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button, plays the protagonist's ex-girlfriend.
The producers are still out to casting on the male lead, however Jason George, Mark Christopher Lawrence, Tommy Ford and Deniece Williams are confirmed in supporting roles.
Director Michael Ajakwe Jr co-wrote the screenplay with Pascal Atuma for Pascal Atuma Productions.
