The International Screenwriters' Festival, hosting its third event in Cheltenham this July, has announced several more key attendees.

Fantasy writer Terry Pratchett and director Vadim Jean will discuss their recent collaboration The Colour Of Magic (a Sky project), which brought them together after The Hogfather.

Other speakers already lined up for the SWF include Julian Fellowes, Guillermo Del Toro, Deborah Moggach, Peter Kosminsky, ITV's Laura Mackie and BBC's Jane Tranter.

The festival will run July 1-3 in Cheltenham, with sponsors including South West Screen, Cheltenham Council, Sky, the UK Film Council, Skillset and Channel 4.

The pitching initiative A Pitch In Time, with 4Talent, has received close to 1,000 entries and the shortlist will be announced in mid-March.

David Pearson, producer at Arturi Films, and the festival's director and founder said: 'Once again we are impressed at the high standard of entries and we look forward to a lively pitch session as the Festival. Interest in screenwriting and its role in the value chain of film and TV making continue to be in the ascendency'.
